  Clients are prepared for the process of finding a job and a career that is a good match for them. This preparation considers their personal interests, skill set, and previous real-life world experiences. The aim is to empower clients with the skills necessary for job and career readiness.

• Financial Knowledge and Literacy

  A significant emphasis is placed on teaching clients the importance of a budget. This includes understanding the difference between fixed and discretionary spending, and learning how to plan a monthly budget effectively. Clients are also taught saving strategies, even on a tight budget. Furthermore, they learn the value of checking and savings accounts to aid their budget planning. An important aspect of financial education involves gaining knowledge of the factors that are used in their credit history and determine their credit score.
